PBSC Urban Solutions is dedicated to the research, development and commercialization of alternative forms of urban transport in order to make our urban areas more livable and transportation more efficient and less polluting.
PBSC Urban Solutions was originally created to implement, operate, manage, further develop and exploit the BIXI Public Bike System, originally developed by Sociéte en commandite stationnement de Montréal (SCSM), a quasi-public organization that, in many respects, could be called the parking authority of the City of Montreal.
